What is a credit?

A credit is a contact with email, phone and everything we have for it. (Only in Ultimate plan)

How are the plans different?

The Cold email starter and advance plans gives you basic information to start your cold email outreach. The Ultimate gives you full information on the contact.

Do I have a daily download limit?

On the Cold Email starter and Advance, you have a daily download limit with no roll over.

Which plans have a rollover feature?

The Ultimate Multi-channel and Enterprise plans have monthly roll-overs if your plan remains active for the next billing cycle.

Does my plan automatically renew?

Yes your plan would automatically renew.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel your account at anytime 24 hours before your next billing cycle. Just go to your profile section > Subscriptions > Cancel. However, all your remaining credits would be canceled as well.

What formats can I download the data in?

CSV Format.

Is GlobalDBi GDPR and CCPA compliant?

Yes, all our data is GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Do you have any contracts?

No, you can do month to month or an annual on all plans (Except Enterprise). No contracts.

Do you offer any guarantee on the accuracy of the data?

Although we strive to provide 90%+ accuracy on all fields (Industry average is 70%), it can vary depending on the industry, region and job functions. The Emails are verified real-time and have a 95% guarantee on all valid records.

Can I choose the email verification result that I need?

Yes, you can choose to get VALIDS only or VALIDS + AcceptAll emails on the real-time verifiation. We do not provide invalid contacts and emails.

Do you connect to any CRM or Outreach tools?

We will be connecting to most CRMs – Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics and Pipedrive and also Outreach tools like Outreach.io, Woodpecker, Salesloft, etc shortly. We plan to make it live by Q3 2023.

What do I do if I get bounces on emails?

If you have selected VALID only and still see bounces, (happens rarely), just contact our support team and they can review and reimburse the credits on your account.

 

Do you have a team account and Admin control?

Yes, we do on have it on the Advance, Ultimate and the Enterprise plans.

Do you offer any discounts for Non-profits or startups?

Yes, we do offer discounts, please contact us at team@globaldbi.com for it.
